My first 50 mile race. Thanks to Mark Brigante, Eddie Fox, my wife Heather, Laura, my cousin Danny, and Dillon for helping out.
This is an incredible program and was one of the reasons I thought it was possible to take on running marathons and ultra marathons. This program trained my mind and my body, and I still use aspects of it to this day.
